Standard features
Full height infrared curtain with multiple crisscrossing light Beams detect the Smallest Obstruction in door path and stop Door from closing.
When a power failure is detected, the car automatically moves to the nearest floor using a rechargeable battery and the doors open automatically for safe evacuation of passengers.
Upon activation of fire key switch, all calls of a specified car and all calls are cancelled, Car immediately return to a specified evacuation floor and the doors open to facilitate the safe evacuation of passengers.
In case of any emergency or power failure, help can be obtained for entrapped passengers in a car to contact a person outside by pressing the alarm button on the car operating panel.
This feature is provided on the car operating panel and makes the running car stop in case of emergency.
The emergency light is always illuminated in normal condition and switches itself automatically to battery backup in case of power failure.
In the incident of breakage of ropes, elevator speed exceeds the rated speed in the down ward direction, due to gravitational acceleration. The over speed Governor activates the clutch mechanism thereby switching off main controls and jamming the elevator are safely on guide rails.
In the event that the elevator is not in use, the light and ventilation fan in the elevator are automatically turned off to conserve energy.
Optional features

After all the calls have been served, the elevator will return to the standby floor for standby.
This is a fully automatic operation used for a two-elevator system. Halls calls are responded to by whichever elevator that can serve the hall calls faster. When there are no more calls, one of the elevators will stand by at the stand by floor while the other elevator will stay at the last floor served.
On overloading of the lift, car audio-visual indication is provided, and doors are kept open till excess load is removed.
This function allows controlled access to certain floors by means of a password or ID cards.
